Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Bannerabia data at any time. Here's how, and what happens next.

Option 1: Delete a Client in the App

An Owner can delete a Client directly in Bannerabia:

1. Sign in at app.bannerabia.com.
2. Go to Settings → Client settings.
3. Choose Delete, type the Client's name and your password to confirm.

The Client is closed straight away and enters a 30-day recovery period. If you deleted it by mistake, email us within those 30 days and we can restore it. After 30 days it is scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Email us

To delete your whole account, or if you can't sign in, email info@shutterabia.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Bannerabia data deletion request”. Tell us which account or Client you want deleted. We'll confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, password hash) and team memberships.
• Stored platform access tokens and connected account details.
• Drafts, schedules, approvals, Agent chat history, Client guidelines and uploaded media.
• Comments, reviews and insights we stored from connected platforms.
• Stored AI provider keys.

We may keep a limited record of security and activity logs where required for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Content already published to Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube or TikTok stays on those platforms — delete it there if you want it removed.

Remove Bannerabia from Facebook and Instagram

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites (under Security, or in Accounts Center for some accounts).
3. Find Bannerabia (or Shutterabia) and choose Remove.

This stops Bannerabia from accessing your Facebook Pages and connected Instagram accounts. You can also disconnect them inside the App under Settings → Connect platforms. Removing the app on Facebook does not delete data we already stored — use Option 1 or 2 above for that.

Remove Bannerabia from TikTok

1. In the TikTok app, go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy.
2. Open Security → Manage app permissions.
3. Find Bannerabia and choose Remove access.

Google, LinkedIn and YouTube

Disconnect in the App, or remove access from your Google account permissions (Google Business Profile and YouTube) or LinkedIn's Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
